The Twins are the fourth encountered boss(es) in Episode 2, The Facilities. Their appearance and health is same as the Cowgirl, the only difference being that they have a visible health bar, they share the same health bar which totals at 4000HP, each of them have 2000HP and can be killed separately. They are encountered at the end of E2M9, either directly before (if the player doesn't trigger the first spawn), during, or after the boss fight with Son of Intoxigator, depending on a player presses a button in the arena that opens the walls and releases them at any moment.
